5. Client Responsibilities

6. Veterinary Records and Consent
Where consent has been provided, Compass Pet Travel may contact your usual veterinary practice to verify information relevant to certification.
Failure to provide consent or access to relevant records may prevent certification from being completed.
7. Home Visits
Where home visits are offered:

8. Fees and Payment

9. Cancellations and Missed Appointments
