Planning a trip with your pet?
If you need an Animal Health Certificate (AHC) or would like advice on pet travel requirements, please complete the enquiry form below.
Once your enquiry has been received, I will review your travel plans and confirm the next steps. If you proceed with an AHC, you will be asked to provide supporting documentation, including vaccination records and any existing pet passport.

3. Attend your appointment
Appointments can be arranged at my home or via a home visit where available.
